Recruiting new members to Phi Kappa Theta Fraternity helps brings new ideas, experiences and opportunities for all members to develop into exceptional leaders. Phi Kappa Theta recruits year-round, offering uncommon opportunities to young men who aspire to lead in their communities.

Phi Kappa Theta is committed to the idea that we have a direct impact on the communities around us. As members, we dedicate ourselves to five areas of development: Fraternal, Intellectual, Social, Spiritual, and Leadership. These elements intertwine and overlap to create a unique Fraternity experience.

Our members are the individuals on campus who seek Truth; the men who are looking to enhance their strengths, tap into their potential, and ignite the world around them.

In addition to starting a legacy on your campus, Founding Fathers open the door to life-long learning, networking, and personal development for themselves and future brothers.

Join Phi Kappa Theta in redefining Fraternity.

Our Phi Kappa Theta Brotherhood Core Values:

Better yourself every single day.

We strive to live each day by our founding principles and consistently work towards the betterment of Phi Kappa Theta, ourselves and the world. Our public core values were created to help guide the decisions we make.

Common Loyalty

A commitment to Phi Kappa Theta that transcends any personal selfishness.

Personal Responsibility

The expectation that you live both your personal values, as well as those espoused in the Fraternity’s Ritual of Initiation.

Achievement

The expectation that you find your passion and excel.

Accountability

The duty to uphold and abide by the Fraternity’s standards of conduct and to use Ultimate Respect when confronting brothers who fail in their obligations to Phi Kappa Theta.

Campus Involvement

The obligation to become engaged in the K-State University community.

Responsible Citizenship

The duty to lead and the privilege to serve others in order to better the world around you.

Lifelong Commitment

The obligation to remain involved in Phi Kappa Theta after graduation and to work perpetually to build the ideal fraternity.

Phi Kappa Theta’s esoteric values are taught to each member through our Ritual of Initiation. During this secret ceremony, we learn, in the words of our founders, the principles and ideals upon which our fraternity was built more than a century ago - “Give Expecting Nothing Thereof.”
